We are happy to announce that our dossier (important documents that took 6 months to collect, notarize and authenticate) have arrived at the CCAA, China Center of Adoption Affairs, www.china-ccaa.org. We are now given a Log-In-Date (LID) and are officially in line to adopt a child. The current wait for families is 21 months from LID. We are unsure of what to expect for the wait. It will be at least 2 years.
